SOUTHWEST HEALTHNET
MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of Southwest HealthNet, a Physician and Hospital Corporation, shall be to organize and operate a quality-driven and cost-effective integrated healthcare delivery system consisting of Southwest Memorial Hospital and Members of both the Hospital Medical Staff and community Physicians who have entered into agreements with Southwest HealthNet. The Corporation will organize and operate a network of providers to serve the health benefit and insurance plans offered by health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, insurers, self-insured employers and multiple-employer benefit plans.
